Recipe(tried): VENISON PEPPER STEAK W/NOODLES

I don't know if any o you has a man that likes to hunt, but my brother and nephew do. My sister-in-law is always looking for new ways to fix wild game. This is a recipe she uses that is very very good.

Venison Pepper Steak w/ Noodles
2 lbs cubed venison
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 cup honey
1 tsp garlic powder
4 cups of noodles
6 diced cayenne peppers
6 diced jalapeno peppers
1 large onion (diced
1 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 TB butter
Cut 2 lbs of venison into 1 inch cubes. Brown in 12 inch skillet with butter or shortening. Add mushrooms, diced onion and garlic powder. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, cayenne and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl. Pour sauce in skillet and cook until meat is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Boil noodles. Serve steak and sauce over noodles.
