Recipe: Walleye for Colette

Misc.

Colette, sorry to start a new subject but my webtv sometimes doesn't support this board because it doesn't have enough memory.

Walleye is my favorite fish and I fish yearround. My faovorite way to cook walleye is :

Take walleye fillets and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning (be careful because the seasoning is hot) put the fillets in aluminum foil and cover with chopped onions and fresh cut mushrooms, seal the fish and cook until done.

This is absolutely fabulous! Lisa
