Recipe(tried): Watergate Cake

Watergate Cake
Serving Size : 12

1 (3 oz) package instant pistachio pudding
1 package (2-layer) white cake mix
1 cup oil
1 cup club soda or Diet 7 -Up
3 eggs
1/2 cup nuts,chopped

Frosting:
1 package (3 oz) instant pistachio pudding
1 cup milk
1 container (8 oz) size Cool Whip
1/2 cup nuts,chopped

Cake, first six ingredients.
Mix all ingredients with mixer or 4 min. Bake in a 9x13 in. pan at 350* for 40 min. Cool.

Frostng, last four ingredients.
Mix milk and pudding well. Add CoolWhip. Whip. Frost and top with nuts. (I add a little green food coloring.)
