Recipe(tried): We did a buffet at our wedding...

Misc.
We had a buffet at our wedding last July....We did shrimp cocktail, melon baskets...all kinds of appitizers...Mostly cold ones so we didn't have to worry about keeping anything hot. It was more ofan outdoor event...even though the food was kept indoors. we found a ton of GREAT recipies online...and me and my mom made it all...Saved loads of money. It was easy and VERY good. No complaints.

If you are set on "real food" and not appitizer style foods...I would go with maybe stuffed pork loin or stuffed chicken breasts...SO yummy. Also maybe have a few different kinds of mean and vegitairian dishes to accomidate everyone.

Hope that helps!
