1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350F. In a 13x9 baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Then top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars.
