Recipe(tried): Whipped Cream Chicken Salad - Thank You

LaDonna this is the best recipe, I had a ladies golf luncheon to make and Kelly gave me this recipe. It was easy to make, I served it on fancy croissant rolls, and everyone was asking for the recipe. I served this with fruit kabobs, I just sliced apples, oranges, cantelope, whatever was available on sale, and threaded them on the wooden skewers, strawberries, cherries and such would be great for valentines, and then we had a raspberry lemonade, and a variety of cookies and coffee cake for dessert. Everyone wanted this recipe, and I made two each for the ladies, and had not one left. Good luck and if I can help I would be glad too. A strawberry shortcake would be a great dessert too. Nice and red with some white.
