WHITE GULL INN BALSAMIC VINEGAR DRESSING
from Door County
In a screw top jar combine:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
Cover and shake until blended.
Makes about one cup.
This is the best balsamic vinagrette I have ever had! We go through it fast!
