Recipe(tried): White Mexican Cheese Dip (Mexican Restaurant-Style)
Appetizers and SnacksWHITE MEXICAN CHEESE DIP
(like the kind in Mexican Resturants)
1 pound White American Cheese (Land-O-Lakes)
3/4 cup Jalapeno Juice
1 cup Half-N-Half
sprinke of black pepper
Put all ingredients in pot and heat on high heat, stirring constantly from bottom of pan until all is melted smoothly.
Tip: (You need to use a good brand of cheese like Land-O-Lakes) If you use cheap cheese, sometimes it will not melt good (lumpy) and it doesn't taste as good.
