ISO: white mexican cheese dip

I would also like this recipe... I ate this dip in many mexican restaurant
across the south... I have also search the web many times in search of it with
no luck. I have tried to make this myself and the closest I can guess is that
its Monteray Jack Cheese, chopped jalepenos, and soup stock...tastes very close
but I cant duplicate the creamy texture...what I get is more globby so I must
be missing something if you ever get it pls help me out too...
