Wild Rice Side Dish
This is so yummy! I don't think there is a recipe for this, I can just explain it.

1 box Uncle Bens Wild Rice with seasoning packet (regular, not instant)
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
butter for sauteing mushrooms
1/4 tsp.garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Cook wild rice as per instructions on box. Meanwhile saute mushrooms in a little butter until slightly crunchy(set aside). After rice is done add garlic powder, mushrooms, and sour cream to rice, cover with a lid and let set to blend 10 minutes then serve. Enjoy!
