Recipe: Wrap fillings...

Here's a few I got out of a " quick cooking " magazine:

Turkey Ranch Wraps

8 thin slices cooked turkey
4 flour tortillas ( 7 inches )
1 lg. tomato, thinly sliced
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup ranch salad dressing

- place two slices of turkey on each tortilla. Layer with tomato, green pepper, lettuce and cheese. Drizzle with salad dressing. Roll up tightly and serve immediately.

South of the Border Wraps

1/2 c. black beans, rinsed and drained
2 T. chuncky salsa
1 T. chopped green onion
1 T. minced fresh cilantro
4 flour tortillas
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
2 - 4 T. butter or margarine

- In a bowl, mash beans slightly. Add salsa, onions and cilantro. Spread over tortillas. Sprinkle with tomato and cheese. Roll up tightly. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add tortillas, seam side down; cook until golden on all sides.

Rich Chocolate Wraps

1/2 C. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
2 t. butter or margarine
1 C. sour cream
1 T. confectioner's sugar
1/4 - 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
6 flour tortillas
Baking cocoa
_ In a microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and butter; cool slightly. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and cinnamon; stir in the melted chocolate. Spread about 3 tablespoons over each tortilla. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
