ISO: 1971 Betty Crocker Brownie Cheesecake Bars

I am trying to find the recipe for a brownie cheesecake bar that my mother made for me years ago. The recipe was from the 1971 Betty Crocker recipe card collection in the green tote.

I have attempted to duplicate this. No success
