ISO: 3 Margaritas' Mushroom Salsa

Loved this salsa at 3 margaritas in Colorado! Does anyone have the recipe? Mushrooms, red onion, cilantro, lime juice.......I tried those ingredients but it was bitter :( Added some sugar but still not the same....Please help me recreate this fabulous fat free salsa!!
