help!!! i am decided to make the odense version of the almond pound cake recipe. i could only find almond paste in tubes of 8oz, not seven ounces as the recipe states. i am also using a 3 cup capacity baby bundt pan to make. i am really terrible at math. my question is - can anyone help me modify this recipe? i would like to make as many cakes as possible with the 24 oz of almond paste i have. but i am just not sure how to change other ingredient amounts, time for baking, and temperature. this is all very confusing for me, but i hope someone out there can help. thanks!
