ISO: Appetizers!!

Misc.
I need some help, my sons school has dinners for fund raisers and
we, the parents have to supply the Appetizers, He is in 9th grade
now and for the past several years, I've been making these for his
school, well I need some new, easy but REALLY Good ones, we do get
a little competitive in this area, I also would like some
presentation ideas for them (Just so they look like you HAVE to have
one.)
