ISO: apple cake/cream cheese frosting

Misc.
Hello All! I am looking for a recipe for a apple cake made with/without a box cake mix, have tried one with the box cake mix. Also, I'm looking for a homemade cream cheese recipe, one without alot of powdered sugar. A mother of a coworker made on of these cakes and the cream cheese frosting was from a 30 yr old cookbook and she won't give it out to anyone. It was wonderful. Also looking for a Cranberry Bundt cake recipe. Thanks to all who answers.
