ISO: Apple Pastry - Great American home recipe binder card

Misc.

I have lost what I think is card 12 for an apple pastry recipe. Not sure of recipe's name but the picture looks like a braid with the apple pieces visible. It's from the large binder from the 1980s with the white background. Thanks in advance! Oh, it's not actually braided. Apples are laid on rolled out dough then sides are sliced into strips which are alternating covering the center filling. Thank you.
