ISO: Applebee's mexican salad

Yesterday, my husband and I went to Applebee's and he had this mexican salad..... I now NEED the recipe :)

It had an assortment of lettuce.... tortilla strips, jalapeno bits.... maybe some bacon... sour cream and guacamole on top.... and some sort of dressing mixed in the lettuce..... without that dressing it would be completely different... any help would be appreciated.
