Recipe: Weight Watchers Cheesecake (using sliced bread and pineapple, blender, 1970's)

WEIGHT WATCHERS CHEESECAKE
(circa 1970's)

1 slice bread
1 egg
2/3 cup crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 packets artificial sweetener
Ground cinnamon, to taste

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.

Put in small baking dish that has been greased.

Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Equals one bread, free protein, one fruit.
