ISO: Artichoke Pizza

Misc.
My sweetheart had high cholesterol when I met him(because he ate take-out junk food for years before he met me).I). taught myself how to cook a few years ago and have managed to lower his cholesterol !!! I am really happy about the recipes that I have, but they are very limited. Once and awhile I like to treat him with a low fat home-made pizza. I was wondering if anyone has made artichoke pizza before?? Thank you, Elana.
