ISO: Authentic Cuban Bread

I have been trying to make authentic cuban bread. I keep experimenting with variations of recipes I have found, but cannot get the same results as the bakeries in Miami and Tampa. The local grocers make something they call "Cuban Bread", but it doesn't seem the same.
