Recipe: Cuban Bread (food processor or dough hook)

Breads - Yeast Breads
I was just in the notes from this past Saturday's chat and there was a recipe for Cuban Bread. Here it is:

CUBAN BREAD

"Here is my husband's favorite bread."

5 1/2 cups flour
2 packages dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups hot water
Sesame seeds
Cornmeal

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt and hot water in food processor or mixer with dough hook. Let rise.

Form into round loaves or baguttes. Score with sharp knife. Brush with water and sprinkle with seeds. Place on a baking sheet that has been dusted with cornmeal.

Place in cold oven with a pan of hot water underneath. Bake at 400 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
