ISO: Bacon wrapped water chestnuts

All you great cooks out there,

I am in search of a recipe that consists of bacon wrapped water chestnuts with a peach baby food sauce. I have had eaten this before (delicious, I might add) and have not been able to locate the recipe. Please help!
