ISO: Bake ahead rolls - help!
Misc.I have made rolls before that you made the dough, shaped them into knots and then baked them for a short amount of time (maybe 8-10 minutes?). You can then freeze them and just take out as many as you would like and put them in the oven. So basically it's like buying those frozen rolls at the store only these were SOO good. A friend will have a new child soon and I would love to make these for her but I've lost the recipe. I now have a bread machine so I think that would help amke the job easier - this recipe yields LOTS of rolls. If I can't find a recipe I'll just start experimenting I guess! :-) Thanks!!
