ISO: baked apples microwaved

Misc.
I need advice on microwaving baked apples that are stuffed with ground amoretta cookies, brown sugar & butter. I put them in a glass baking dish with water. Mine seem not to get cooked through. I have a convection microwaveif that would be better. I have my regular oven tied up with other preparations for a brunch.
