Although the advice given here states that one can bake any recipe suitable for a muffin also in a mini bundt pan, bakers should be aware that it takes more than just a spray of oil to get the cake to release from the pan. In some cases one must grease the pan with shortening and dust with flour. Otherwise, the mini cake will not release and most of your hard work will remain in the mini bundt pan.
