Recipe: Baking in Mini Bundt Pans

Hi Debbie,

I have a mini bundt pan too and love it. You can bake any cake, muffin, or quick bread (or even yeast dough) in it. Even though mine has a non-stick coating I still give it a spritz of cooking spray first. Fill each cup about 1/2-2/3 full. If using muffin or quick bread batter bake at 375-400 and start checking for doneness at about 15 minutes. If using cake batter bake at 350F and start checking at 10 minutes. Depending on your batter you may have to adjust the temperatures and times. Here's one of our favorites that you might like:
