ISO: Bar cookies with a layer of Andes Mints (no chocolate in the dough)

I lost my recipe for these bars. Half of the buttery dough is patted into a baking pan then a layer of Andes Creme Demethe unwrapped candies are layered over dough. The the last half of the dough is patted over the first two layers. They are very buttery and addictive. Thank so much if you can help me out. I have looked and looked on the web. So far all the bars dough has been chocolate and that was not what I was looking for.
