ISO: Bavarian crepes
Misc. When we were kids every Friday night my Dad would make us pancakes for supper but they weren't those big, fat, fluffy ones. They were thicker than a crepe but not fluffy like stacking pancakes. He would then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, strawberry jam etc and roll them up - they were huge- the diameter of the pan. They were so good! He is from Bavaria so I am thinking they are Bavarian crepes-which I can find mention of on the internet but no recipes for them. Can anyone help? thx
