ISO: Beavertails (like a large flat doughnut)

"Beavertails" are very well known in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is like a large flat doughnut.
After being fryed it is covered in melted butter then put in cinnamon and sugar. They are absolute
heaven. I just cant seem to get a recipy anywhere
for them. Would you have any help for me on this
one???? Thank you in advance for your help.
