Recipe: Caesar Coleslaw (using bottled Caesar dressing)

Salads - Assorted
CAESAR COLESLAW

1 (16-oz.) pkg. coleslaw blend
1 (2 1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained, if desired
1/2 cup red onion slivers
1 cup purchased creamy Caesar salad dressing**
1 cup croutons***

In large bowl, combine coleslaw blend, olives and onion; mix well. Add salad dressing; toss to coat.

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

Just before serving, top with croutons.

*To reduce the strength of the onion, rinse it in cool water and pat it dry with paper towels before use.

**To reduce the fat in each serving of this salad by about 4 grams, use light Caesar salad dressing.

***Try flavored croutons in this coleslaw. Dill-seasoned croutons are especially tasty.

Makes 14 servings (1/2 cup each)
