ISO: Beirox recipe - question

I would like to have clarification on the Beirox recipe posted from the Lanark, IL Methodist Church Cookbook. There is more flour and eggs listed in the ingredients than mixed in the dough. By the way, I've searched and searched but this is the only beirox recipe I have found on the internet. Good for you, 5 gold stars.
