Recipe(tried): another version of sweetened condensed milk

This is almost the same recipe, but thought I'd post it anyway.
1 c dry milk
1/2 c boiling water
2/3 c sugar
3 T melted butter or margarine

beat all ingredients together or blend in blender till smooth and thick. maeks 1 1/4 c or equivalent to 14 oz. keep refrigerated. use the same as store bought sweetened condensed milk.
