ISO: Betty Crocker butter brickle cake & frosting

Hi!

When I was growing up my Mom always baked me a butter brickle cake with butter brickle frosting for my birthday. The cake & frosting mix were both Betty Crocker's & they discontinued both mixes several years ago. I loved that cake so much & I'm now getting ready to celebrate my 40th birthday & I would love to find a recipe that would resemble this wonderful & sweet cake. (comes with fond memories, too!)
