Thank you, Gladys, for the butter brickle cake recipe. I will try it out soon & see how close it resembles the real thing. (can still taste that old cake even now!)

I don't care much for whipped cream icing. Any attempt at the butter brickle frosting, too? Guesses are appreciated too. :-)
