ISO: Bleach water

I'd like to start using a squirt bottle of bleach water in the kitchen -- counters, around the sink -- like they do at my daughter's preschool to disinfect surfaces. I suppose I could ask there, but just thought about it again now.

Anyone know the right proportion of bleach to water? Thanks.
