ISO: Bragole? What is this????

Misc.
We just finished watching an episode of "Everyone Loves Raymond". The topic was Debra's cooking skills. She made a dish that sounds like Bragole, or bergole or brogole?? The ingredients were beef and some sort of tomato sauce. It looked a lot thicker than a stew. Maybe its not even a real recipe! I can't find a listing anywhere as I don't have much info or the correct spelling! We think it is Italian. Anybody know what this is?????
