It is Bergole or Bergoile, It is steak seasoned w/parmesean cheese and wrapped tightly w/white cored... You pan fried it brown first then put them in a pot of spaghetti sauce and simmer until cooked...It is delicious. I am not sure whether there are different filling or not because everytime my mother-in-law made it the steak came already prepared from and Italian butcher shop...I hope this helps...
