ISO: brijole or frijole??????

I am looking for an Italian dish. Did anyone watch Everybody Loves Raymond tonight 2/28/2000? I have only heard of this dish one other time. I do not know the correct spelling. It is either something like Frijole or Brijole. Can anyone help me?
