CAESAR COUSCOUS TOSS
3 cups cooked whole wheat couscous
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
6 large chopped pitted olives
1/2 cup low-fat feta
1/4 cup fat-free Caesar dressing
Mix couscous, artichoke hearts, olives, cheese and dressing together.
