ISO: buttermilk made from dry milk

Misc.
I need a recipe to make buttermilk from dry milk. I was told that a recipe was on the box of Carntion dry milk years ago. I have been unable to find it but maybe someone can locate it for me. I thank you now for any help you maybe able to give me.
