ISO: Camping or picnic side dish that doesn't need refrigeration

Misc.

I'm going on a camping trip Memorial Day weekend and have been asked to bring a side dish. It is a 2 hour drive up and we'll leave in the morning but not eat until the evening. Any suggestions for a side dish that I don't have to keep cold? Thanks for your help!
