POTATO SALAD
1 (4.8 oz) box Betty Crocker Sour Cream and Chives Potato Mix
2 1/4 cups water
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3/4 cup chopped celery
2/3 mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Heat (dry) potatoes, sauce mix, and water to boiling in 2 quart saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Spoon into bowl; cool 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Makes 6 servings
