ISO: Canning Cucumber and Tomato Salsa

Misc.
I have a delightful dish I make using diced cucumbers (seeded), diced tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, lime juice, fresh mint and parsley. It is very acidic with lots of lemon and lime juice. Can I safely can this recipe? If not, why not? I have an abundance of cucumbers and would love to enjoy this salsa during the winter. I add some black beans and eat it with pita bread for a meal. Thank you.
