LOW FAT CAPPUCCINO TRIFLE
1 package Fat Free Marble Loaf or Pound Cake, cubed
3/4 cup brewed decaffeinated coffee
1 (8 ounce) package Fat free cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 (4 serving size) package Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) container Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed
Place 1/2 the loaf cubes in bottom of a 2 quart serving bowl (clear to see layers), set aside.
Beat cream cheese and coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
Add pudding mix and cinnamon; beat until blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture over cake cubes in bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cubes and top with remaining mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate overnight or all day for nice dense pudding.
TO SERVE:
Garnish with additional whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
