ISO: Canyon Cafe Desert Fire Pasta

Dallas location removed from menu due to lack of interest:
grilled chicken, penne pasta with jalapeno cream sauce,
sun dried tomatoes, asparagus - maybe even some grilled
vegetables. The flavor of the sun dried tomatoes & cream
sauce have really stuck with me. Help!
