ISO: Casserole and Crock-pot dishes.........

Misc.
Hello all! I am going back to work for the first time in many years. My husband has been unable to find work, and he will be staying at home while I am gone. He has no experience with cooking, so I will be preparing the meals in advance and allowing him to place them in the oven, or I will use the crockpot. I have a few recipes to get started, but not many. I would love to have some of your favorite tried and true crockpot recipes and casserole dishes to give me some variety in the meals we will be having. I thank you in advance for your help.
