1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces tomato sauce
CHEESE MIXTURE:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup onion
Combine the above ingredients. (You can make this first and let sit.) Cook 4 oz noodles (or more) according to package directions. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ground beef mix, all of cream cheese mixture, rest of noodles, rest of ground beef and top with 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes at 325F.
Chicken and Dressing

8 ounces chicken flavor stuffing
1 stick butter, melted
3 pounds cooked chicken
4 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups chicken broth
Mix melted butter with stuffing. Put 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan. Add all of chicken in a layer. Pour 1 cup broth over chicken and stuffing. Mix sour cream, soup, and 1 cup broth; pour over chicken and stuffing. Top with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.

3 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 package dry onion soup mix
Into a greased 9x13-inch pan, place the cooked rice. Heat the 2 soups together with the milk. Pour over the rice. Lay pieces of chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup. Seal pan with tin foil. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.

1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 dash pepper
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
16 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup corn flakes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spray 9x9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, egg, celery salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and pepper. Mix well. Stir in chicken, then hash browns. Turn mixture into baking dish, top with corn flakes. Bake 25 minutes at 350F. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven, bake another 20 minutes.
Christy's Chicken and Biscuits
Very rich and filling - reheats well. Recipe can be halved. Can use any flavoring of cream of chicken soup or plain as desired.
Serves 4-6
2 pounds chicken, cubed & cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup with herbs
1 can cream of chicken Dijon soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
cayenne to taste
dillweed to taste
TOPPING:
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tube refrigerator biscuits
Bake refrigerator biscuits per package directions while preparing rest of casserole. Cook chicken cubes until just underdone (will be getting further cooked in the oven). Combine all other ingredients and then stir in chicken. Put into a greased casserole pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Mix topping ingredients. Lay cooked biscuits over top of casserole, and sprinkle topping over top; can sprinkle on some shredded cheddar if desired. Return to oven and bake again for 10 minutes or until topping and cheese are melted.
Enchiladas with Sour Cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 can chopped green chiles
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup chopped green onions
6 corn tortillas
Combine soup, sour cream, green chiles and seasoning in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until hot. Combine cheese and onion, mixing well. Cook each tortilla in hot oil for a few seconds, just until softened; drain on paper towels. Immediately spoon about 1 1/2 Tablespoons of cheese mixture and 2 Tablespoons soup mixture onto center of each. Roll up tightly. Place in greased 9-inch square baking dish. Spoon rest of soup mix over top of enchiladas and sprinkle with rest of cheese mixture. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
Hamburger Rice Casserole

1 pound hamburger
2 cups cooked rice
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1 pack Lipton's onion soup mix
1 cup water
Brown and hamburger meat. Drain meat. Mix soup mix with one cup of water and pour over ground beef. Let the meat simmer. Layer the rice, cream of mushroom soup, and ground beef in casserole dish. Mix all ingredients before baking. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.
Kielbasa Potato Casserole

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups sliced potatoes
1 ring Kielbasa sausage
Melt butter, stir in flour to make roux. Gradually, blend in milk and salt, pepper, and bouillon. Stir until thickened (consistency of gravy.) Place sliced potatoes in a greased 9x9-inch casserole dish. Pour sauce over the potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350F oven. Add sausage ring on top of the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes more.
Mom's Five Bean Casserole

1 pound lean ground beef
4 slices bacon -- cut up
1 cup onion -- chopped
1 can butter beans
1 can lima beans
1 can northern beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1 tablespoon liquid Barbecue Smoke
1/2 cup catsup
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
Brown beef and bacon. Add onion and cook while you get other ingredients ready. Drain half or more of juice from each can of beans, except for pork and beans. Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish. Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350F. Can also add cut up smoked kielbasa, sliced pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage prior to cooking.
Ravioli Pizza Casserole

Yield: 4-6 servings
1 package frozen ravioli (any filling)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup prepared pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain. Arrange ravioli in single layer in greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Brush with oil. Spoon pizza sauce evenly on top of ravioli; sprinkle with seasoning. Top with pepperoni and mozzarella. Bake at 450F until cheese is hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Ziti with Italian Sausage
8 ounces uncooked ziti
1 pound italian sausage
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan, divided
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 16 ounce small curd cottage cheese
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons salt (divided)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook ziti; drain and set aside. Cook sausage in oil until browned; drain well. Slice diagonally and then set aside. Melt butter over low heat; add flour and stir until smooth. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Add pasta; stir well and set aside. Combine rest of parmesan, cottage cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Place half of ziti mix in greased 13x9-inch pan; top with cottage cheese mix and half of sausage. Top with rest of ziti and sausage. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
