ISO: cheese corn like Garretts

Still have not found a recipe even close. Have spent many a nights searching the net. Found a cheese corn just as good in Rockford IL, but they would not give up the recipe and I don't blame them as it is their livelihood. So if you or anyone else knows how to get it even close I would appreciate knowing how.
