ISO: Cheese Frenchee

Misc.

I would like help finding a recipe, please. I'm looking for the recipe for a cheese sandwich that I know as a "cheese frenchee". Growing up in the '70's I used to get them from a restaurant called Kings. More recently I've ordered them from The Famous Dill Burger (no longer in town) and at Stella's Big Sky Diner in Des Moines, IA. It's very similar to a grilled cheese sandwich but it has a fine breading which seals the cheese inside. Thanks for your help! - Susan
